Acupuncture for Back Pain Works For…

Busy Professionals & Desk Workers

You spend hours at a desk or in the car—and your back is paying the price. Whether it's low-grade tension or full-blown sciatica, you're ready to feel good in your body again. You want real relief without relying on pain meds or invasive treatments, so you can focus, move, and sleep better.

Active Adults & Weekend Warriors

You love movement—hiking, yoga, weightlifting, chasing your kids—but pain is slowing you down. Maybe you’ve tried stretching or PT but still feel tight, limited, or flared-up after activity. Acupuncture can help release tension, improve mobility, and support your recovery so you can keep doing what you love.

You want a practitioner who will listen, address the root cause, and support your back pain within the context of stress, sleep, digestion, and emotional wellness. You’re here for a deeper approach—and a long-term shift.

Parents & Caregivers

You’re constantly lifting, bending, and giving your energy to others. Whether you're postpartum or juggling the physical demands of parenting and caretaking, your body is asking for some support. Acupuncture offers a calm, restorative space to relieve pain and refill your cup.

Chronic Pain Sufferers

You’ve lived with pain for months—or even years. You may have tried everything from medication to physical therapy, but you're still stuck in a cycle of discomfort. Acupuncture can help break that cycle by calming the nervous system, reducing inflammation, and gently restoring balance.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Microneedling hurt?
Microneedling is minimally invasive and well-tolerated by most patients. A numbing cream can be applied beforehand to ensure maximum comfort.
For best results, we recommend 4-6 Microneedling sessions spaced 4 weeks apart and weekly Cosmetic Facial Acupuncture sessions for at least 10 weeks.
Most patients notice an immediate glow after the first session, but full results develop over 2-4 weeks as collagen production increases.
With proper skincare, results can last 4-6 years for Microneedling and several months for Facial Acupuncture, depending on lifestyle and maintenance treatments.
Microneedling may cause mild redness for 24-48 hours, similar to a mild sunburn. Facial Acupuncture has no downtime.
We recommend avoiding makeup for at least 24 hours after Microneedling to allow the skin to heal properly. Facial Acupuncture has no restrictions.
Microneedling is not recommended for those who are pregnant, have active acne or infections, or take blood-thinning medications. Facial Acupuncture is safe for most individuals but should be avoided in cases of severe skin conditions or recent cosmetic injectables.
